    Ready Set Grow Solutions is led by Nicole S. Cameron, a seasoned business attorney, certified MBTI Practitioner, and wellness coach. She earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2011 and was admitted to the practice of law in New York the following year. Building upon her legal expertise, Nicole has also cultivated extensive experience in nonprofit management, program planning and development, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for various organizations. Nicole’s unique blend of legal, psychological, and nonprofit expertise allows her to provide clients with a truly holistic approach to personal and professional development.

    Nicole is deeply passionate about empowering women to achieve their full potential and create lives of purpose and fulfillment. Nicole's own journey of overcoming challenges fuels her commitment to helping others thrive. In 2017, Nicole's professional journey took a transformative turn, leading her to become a dedicated advocate for mental wellness within her community. Recognizing the pervasive nature of silent suffering, particularly among women, she was driven to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. While attending Teachers College, Columbia University, Nicole developed the END SILENT SUFFERING method. This innovative framework underwent rigorous research to assess its feasibility and acceptance, culminating in two prestigious awards at the 2021 Clinical & Counseling Psychology Department’s Integrative Project Showcase. Nicole uses a direct, yet empathetic coaching style that empowers her clients to achieve real and lasting results.

    Since graduating in 2021, Nicole has dedicated herself to empowering women through wellness initiatives, as well as fostering personal and professional growth and development. This wealth of experience and insight, spanning law, nonprofit leadership, and clinical psychology, is brought to Ready Set Grow Solutions, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive and impactful services.
